Our goal is simple, to make the most delicious and TENDER beef jerky you have ever tasted. We accomplish this by using nothing but the best Grass Fed Texas Beef, and the finest ingredients for our marinades. And we DO NOT dehydrate our jerky, we SLOW SMOKE it using a combination of Mesquite, Hickory, Alder, and Apple woods.

This puts our jerky in a class by itself and is what we are famous for.
